BHP thankfully had 24/7 service i called them of course I got a third party report, but she was polite and quickly got a hold of the Technician Dominik (or aka Dom) quickly. He called me within a few minutes and was able to come out with in minutes because he was leaving the office in Blissfield. Dom was very respectful and polite. He diagnosed the issue with minute and fixed plus did a little cleaning of the unit. You don't find too many respectful and polite people in this world, but Dom was really respectful and kind down to earth.“
