“Stephanie White did a great job! I was tightening up on a long (200 mi) bike ride and called. She came down on the spur of the moment (thanks again) and put me in position to finish in style without the usual pain and cramping.. I've never tried this before but it made a huge difference. She is obviously knowledgeable; I highly recommend her!”
“Really cool staff and space. Got a day pass and loved it, however the weights seemed to be incorrect on the cables. Only real issue.”
“Luke is an amazing trainer! Not only is he knowledgeable in technique, but he is also an incredibly uplifting and inspiring person to spend time with. He has motivated me to work harder and become stronger in many ways during the time that I’ve trained with him.”
