“The teas and shakes here are on another level that far exceeds any other places in the area (and I’ve been to several). They taste better & I know what’s going into them is good for my body.”

“I wanted to send this testimonial to Kim Sellers and talk about how her classes at IUSB, that I have attended twice a week for many years, have helped me to be stronger and maintain a healthy body and mind. The overall exercises that our instructor Kim has us do are beneficial to me regarding my back upper/lower and entire muscular cellular structure...I come away from these classes refreshed and full of energy. Kim is devoted to her craft and has taught me so much about the body and how to strengthen same. I find that I stand straighter after her classes, feel stronger, which empowers me to be more active and invigorates me to get more accomplished....after I leave her classes every time. I hope Kim Sellers stays our Yoga Instructor for a long, long time.”

“Natalie worked a total miracle! I had been suffering for months with multiple bulging discs and a pinched nerve in my neck that caused pain and numbness down my arm. Thanks to her, the relief has been incredible. Highly recommend!”
