Been going here for 3 months and love it. I go around 1230am so it's pretty quiet. Lots of equipment, sauna, tanning, supplements etc. Owner is very kind and a hard worker, goes a long way with me.
I signed up for the two week unlimited class pass to test Lake Side Fit & Wellness out. I've been to two classes so far, Circuit and Beach Boot Camp, and the classes and the coaches have been absolutely wonderful! Great workout, great people, and really fun. I came home happy, refreshed, and motivated to keep it up. Exactly what I want from a group exercise class!
I’ve been a member here for a few months and I absolutely love it! On the smaller side which is a plus for me. It has all the equipment you need and the classes are super fun too!
