I called the office in Stevensville on 3/6 to order more contacts. The lady said the person that actually orders wasn't in but she would let her know and get them ordered. I called back on 3/9 to check they had been ordered and they had not, so the lady again told me she would get them ordered. I called back on 3/15 to make sure they were ordered and they were still not. The woman told me that my prescription expires on 3/29/23 so they cannot be ordered. I personally have never heard of that and have always been able to order contacts and glasses up until the day my prescription expired. I asked if I could get a copy of my prescription and she told me I can sign a release to get it still telling me I cant order from anywhere. I got it in an email, signed it and faxed it back the same day. But what I got back was the eye glass prescription. I responded to the email and asked for the contact prescription as that was what I asked for. I did not hear back so I told another eye dr who told me they would order my contacts. They reached out and were told no as well. The reason? Advanced told them my prescription was already expired... I called again I think her name was Christina and I'm told I still can't have a copy of my prescription. I told her they can't withhold that from me. She said my prescription expires on 3/29. I reminded her that is now 9 days away. she said I can go talk to Shanda at the St Joe location if I dont like the answer.. I went there on 3/20 and had to argue some more with Shanda, and Explain to her that it is illegal to withhold someone's prescription from them when it is not expired. She was incredibly rude and told me I cant order from anywhere else. I told her I can and will and I did not understand why they are being so crazy over this. She finally went in the back and got my prescription. She still kept telling me over and over that I can't order contacts from anywhere because my prescription will be expiring in 9 days. When I got to my car I looked at the paper and the expiration date is 3/20/24 That's a whole year from now! So either the staff cannot read or they attempted unsuccessfully and illegally to change my expiration date out of spite. As my glasses prescription was dated 3/29/23. Either way after all of this nonsense I will never come back again.
ServiceMaster is amazing! I was struggling to find a company to help us recover our smoke damaged belongings after an apartment fire. We were on a time crunch and needed someone to come out quickly and remove our things. The first couple of places I called were unable to meet our scheduling needs, but then I called ServiceMaster and I’m so happy I did. Everyone I encountered from this company was extremely friendly and professional. From Aaron taking my information, to Turina communicating and getting back with me quickly, to Angelica and her team jumping right in and getting to work. We could not have asked for a better experience, given the circumstances. It was like a weight was lifted off of our shoulders. I would highly recommend this company if you ever need any cleaning or restoration. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ServiceMaster!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Morgan today!! She cut, did roots and highlighted my hair. It is so beautiful! And she is so helpful answering questions when not at work! She cur and highlighted my 14 yr old step daughters hair and she is just thrilled! Loves her hair and wants Morgan to do her hair from now on! Def found my hair person and that can be quite a challenge these days. Thank you so much Morgan, you are awesome!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon. I was lucky enough to squeeze into a cancellation slot by chance right before Thanksgiving. Jessica was so knowledgeable and friendly. I have curly hair that can be unmanageable at times. Jessica came through with a beautiful fresh cut and styling. She educated me on how to care for and style my curls in a way that is realistic for me. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the salon was beautiful and comfortable. I have certainly found my new favorite salon in SW Michigan. 10/10 would recommend!

Beth did an amazing job at making my daughter feel pampered and gorgeous for her graduation! She did her make up and it was stunning and she also did her hair it looked amazing! Go see Ashley! She is incredible. The timeline of my hair from when I first saw her and now is incredible. She has counseled me into healthy hair with products that work instead of trying to make a sale. She knows what she's doing. The saloon is also super clean, quite atmosphere, and comfortable. Advanced Plumbing has provided great service for a failed sewage pump in basement. Failed pump being replaced fast and worked since.
However, recently tried to schedule for other plumbing repairs, but could not get on their schedule by calling the number and/or leaving a voice message. The voice message box is always full so it gives me no choice to call someone else, instead of staying with this local pluming service. Hope their voice mail box issue can be fixed in the future. ??

Stephanie White did a great job! I was tightening up on a long (200 mi) bike ride and called. She came down on the spur of the moment (thanks again) and put me in position to finish in style without the usual pain and cramping.. I've never tried this before but it made a huge difference. She is obviously knowledgeable; I highly recommend her!
