“I called the New Dimensions office before coming in.My home office laser printer had stopped pulling paper from its tray, so documents couldn't be printed.I had first brought my printer to another printer repair shop that did nothing to diagnose it after having it in their possession for 20 days.During this time, I called New Dimensions to ask about their service. The representative said that my printer would be diagnosed as quickly as possible, though parts may be difficult to obtain depending on the manufacturer, model, age of the printer, and supply problems due to the Covid pandemic.When the other printer repair shop did nothing and still offered no time estimate on when it would diagnose my printer, I took it back and went to the New Dimensions office.The New Dimensions representative immediately checked out my printer. Because the paper tray compartment had to be closed while printing, direct observation of the paper feeding process couldn't be done.It was possible that springs in the paper tray that raised a plate to allow the paper to be fed to rollers that led to the duplex laser assembly for printing had stopped operating properly.The representative suggested that getting a replacement paper tray for the printer could be the solution. If a replacement paper tray didn't fix the issue, then getting a new printing unit would be advisable.The representative looked at my printer free of charge on this occasion.I ordered a replacement paper tray for my printer on my own, but the problem continued. A roller in the printer didn't grab the paper that was being fed to it. Replacing the roller may or may not fix the problem and repairing the printer can be expensive. I have to get a new printer.The New Dimensions representative provided timely service and attempted to help me.I will go to the New Dimensions company again when I have further printer problems.“

“I've had Dakotech as a vendor for a few solutions for about two months now writing this on 6/23/2022 and would like to share my thoughts and give a brief review of service. The start was was a little rocky, this being said at the time we contacted dakotech ,our last provider completely pulled all systems and services a day prior so keep in mind it was a scram from both ends to get us back up. Once all details and contracts where aligned they agreed to allow us to use our own hardware with out any issue that was a big win. Now when working with a company such as this know as a MSP most of the time you will need to a buy their recommended equipment or rent the equipment at a strangle hold of them being able to pull out and leave you in the dark. This is not the case with Dakotech that made them a even better fit being like I said before we had just went through a very bad breakup. Start to finish it took around two weeks to get everything running as it is today when writing the review. The best way I can describe it to keep as simple "smooth as silk". We have not had to reach out for any assistance with the systems we are receiving service on. We have daily, weekly, and monthly reports to review that all services, hardware, and software systems are working as intended. With the high level of security threats that the world faces today and the minimum time frame most organizations could be down before hundreds if not thousands of dollars are lost; It is a simple option to look to Dakotech's team for managed computer, phone, server management, and a addition to your current IT team or to bring the highly skilled group they are on as your IT team.“
