Fixed and updated my computer, very pleased with the results. Quick turn around at a fair price.

My laptop needed a new keyboard, my numbers were all gone. I called Ken. He estimated the cost, very reasonable and said he could do the repair once he got the part. The part came in a few days and he did the work. It works great!! Thanks Ken!!

Ken is an absolute life saver! My laptop died and he determined that the motherboard failed. Instead of replacing the (very expensive) motherboard, he offered several affordable new laptop options. I am writing this review from my new laptop that Ken set-up with the data he could recover from my old machine. He is very responsive and friendly. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
