I called the New Dimensions office before coming in.My home office laser printer had stopped pulling paper from its tray, so documents couldn't be printed.I had first brought my printer to another printer repair shop that did nothing to diagnose it after having it in their possession for 20 days.During this time, I called New Dimensions to ask about their service. The representative said that my printer would be diagnosed as quickly as possible, though parts may be difficult to obtain depending on the manufacturer, model, age of the printer, and supply problems due to the Covid pandemic.When the other printer repair shop did nothing and still offered no time estimate...read full review

I wholeheartedly agree with Sam Hanna. I drove to New Dimensions from Birmingham, AL on the strength of my relationship with Randy, for my second printer. My first printer performed flawlessly for 12 years, when I need a third printer I will contact Randy for his recommendation.
