Jonathon just solved a long-standing problem I've had with Adobe & Acrobat...that I've had for over a year. I couldn't print stuff on one of my 3 computers bc of Acrobat. Plus Jonathon got rid of the Adobe subscription I was paying for every month and didn't even need it. So in my book Jonathon is a star! Please give him a raise, a promotion and paid leave of absence for the entire month of August. I am so pleased with Jonathon's help & would like everyone to know how important it is to us non-IT guy folks like me to have this kind of technical support. Working with Fuse is always a great experience! I am fairly tech savvy but have the occasional issue that needs a quick resolve and they are always polite, easy to work with and allow as much time as needed to resolve any issue. I highly recommend them for any office needs. Thanks, Seth!
