“I live out of the area. Satya Yoga offers a live/online 90 minute class of Sundays with Harvey Deutch, Yoga Therapeutics. Harvey Deutch is a Physical Therapist and a Yoga Teacher. Harvey also offers other workshops live/online/recording. Teresa the studio is always open for questions on how the online system works. I have been practicing with Harvey close to 3 years.“
“I've waited to share my review until we've been attending for a while. My wife and I are over a month into our introductory membership (very reasonable, $25 unlimited for the first 30 days) and I feel like I can now share my review. This is a FANTASTIC studio with friendly owners (Brian & Lisa are awesome), great staff (shout out to Nick) and wonderful instructors. We haven't tried all of the yoga instructors yet but here are a few of our favorites...Amy is a skilled instructor with great movement cues and affirmations. Her classes are always challenging but accessible to beginners. Tiffanie is another of our favorites. She is friendly and always has great flows. Jessica is amazing as well! Her Saturday morning classes are incredible with challenging movements, easy explanations, and wonderful music! Last shout-out goes to Sierra! We've only had a couple classes with her but she is so friendly and such a rockstar.If you're looking for a local yoga studio, check out Dutch Roots. “Marianne provided a great 30 minute problem area massage. I went in with neck, shoulder and arm pain. She found the knot that was causing the pain and did a great job working it out. Marianne was very nice and professional. I highly recommend her. You would not be disappointed.“

“Lisa was great! She is lively and is an adaptive instructor to cater towards people's varying previous experiences with yoga. Massages were incredible and she was able to craft my experience based on my preferred pressure level and personal areas of discomfort. I highly recommend!“
