Wonderful studio with excellent teachers! I love practicing in the peaceful space they have created. Owners are attentive to customer needs and the retail store is well stocked. Clean bathroom and changing room. I especially love practicing with Joy and Amy and Tiffani, but all the instructors are great. I recently took an evening restorative class and it was so incredibly relaxing. Normally I take morning Hatha/vinyasa classes that are just the right amount of effort for me, I break a sweat and challenge my balance, strength & flexibility without it being too much, and I love the way the practices ease in and build and then at the end ease out with gentle stretching....read full review

I've waited to share my review until we've been attending for a while. My wife and I are over a month into our introductory membership (very reasonable, $25 unlimited for the first 30 days) and I feel like I can now share my review. This is a FANTASTIC studio with friendly owners (Brian & Lisa are awesome), great staff (shout out to Nick) and wonderful instructors. We haven't tried all of the yoga instructors yet but here are a few of our favorites...Amy is a skilled instructor with great movement cues and affirmations.
