I live out of the area. Satya Yoga offers a live/online 90 minute class of Sundays with Harvey Deutch, Yoga Therapeutics. Harvey Deutch is a Physical Therapist and a Yoga Teacher. Harvey also offers other workshops live/online/recording. Teresa the studio is always open for questions on how the online system works. I have been practicing with Harvey close to 3 years.

Satya Yoga is a gem!!! Our company held our annual meeting in Saugatuck and Theresa led our group with some meditation and sound baths. It was my favorite part of the day. Theresa was very accommodating and lovely to work with! If you are in town, check this place out! I can't wait to come back and join them for Yoga at the Lavender farm.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a great vinyasa yoga session in the park. The instructor suggested variations for all levels to meet the needs of our broadly skilled class. It was the most perfect start to my vacation morning!
