“I’ve been a member of Aptitude for one year. I started with participating in yoga, and love the different varieties and fantastic instructors (Rachel, Cat, Therese, Sarah and Caitlin) and of all the yoga classes offered. Now, weekly, I join in other classes. I love the challenge of cardio with Abby & Therese, barre with Sarah and Caitlin, mat Pilates with Sarah. Aptitude is such a unique studio that offers so much variety. What I like most is the energetic members and instructors who all help create such a positive place to workout and meet people in the community.“

“I have been practicing with Bonnie on average 5 times per week since Dec 2020. She is kind, passionate and genuine in all the does, intuitively guiding me though poses that strength my mind/body/soul. BONUS for cat lovers, her cat almost always practices with her!“

“I love club Pilates and definitely have been seeing positive changes with my body! I am more toned than I have been in a long time and feel great after every work out! I go strictly for the work out! To be honest I do not feel the staff is very friendly/warm they do not greet you by name and I feel like they are kind of short when asked a question etc - overall it’s been a great experience as far as the workouts go and the app is great too! The staff can work on customer service a little more! But happy overall!“

“I love coming to Twisted Hot Yoga. They have some great instructors and the option to go to any of the three studios is awesome. The cool lavender towel is amazing, and I love the sweet heat classes on the days I want something a little less strenuous. My one gripe would be the last two years there seem to be many closures in the winter months before even a snow flake has hit the ground. I understand keeping people safe, but classes seem to be canceled out of an abundance of caution and there ends up not being any snow / ice. It would be nice if closures needed to happen, they could hold off until the storm actually hits as we know that weather is fickle and something we can't always predict accurately!“
