HORRIFIC!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! they WILL NOT help you or pay for any repairs, I have been paying 50 a month for the premium plan and the part is not available and they cannot offer any assistance!! what type of garbage is this??? this is horrible horrible customer service!!!!
If you are erroneously charged, they give you complaints to file AND A FAX NUMBER. They claim they dont have email and can only make phone calls. Why not just give an orbiting rendezvous time at the space station. Who has a fax? We need competition to replace this company. Musk? DTE?
They just stoped allowing payment by credit card. That's just stupid. I was paperless, now I'm going back to paper. Now they can send me my bill. Process my payment, and that's a savings? What year is it? 2023? 1923? Come on consumers, why are you going back in time...
