I am a food truck. I purchased a Globe Fryer floor model that I installed but could not get the pilot to stay lit. Globe called AR to service my fryer. When I talked to the dispatcher, I explained that my entire business was based on that fryer, that I had already lost $4k in business and would have to cancel any business until I could get it fixed. The dispatcher was awesome!!! She had someone to me within an hour even though Globe did not reimburse them for the overtime. I was able to make my commitments! Thank You AR
