“Great experience when I brought one of my 6 Siamese cats in today on an emergency basis for the very first time. The entire staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Dr. Guild was very professional, courteous and was very thorough when checking on my cat. He is going to have some dental work after we get his bloodwork back and get the go ahead but I was super impressed. So happy with the visit I am taking all of my 6 cats and transferring all of their records to this practice. Not happy with my previous vet and the way I was treated over the phone with a sick cat no less but Dr. Guild and the staff never made us feel like that. Very welcoming and took care of my baby. Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

“Sweet Sheri and Team are the most amazing, compassionate people who happen to be dog groomers. Other groomers wanted to sedate our Augie Moe as he was easily distracted and had some other health issues. The MVP Team had no problem working with him and in fact he loved going every 4 or 5 weeks. We just lost lost Augie but I will remain friends for life with this amazing Team. Please give them a try, they are truly amazing!!!!“

I have been taking my dog Rocky there once a month for a nail trim since we first got him, and they are always super patient and gentle with him (my dog can be timid and shy). My dog always leaves with a smile on his face. You want to make next month’s appointment as soon as you are done with this month’s as the spots fill up fast, so be aware of that, but I am happy to see this as it means this small local business is doing very well.“

“Crystal was amazing! My 9 month old Pomsky can be quite a difficult dog to work with. She is super friendly and loves people but come at her with a brush and you are now her sworn enemy. (Like many husky mixes, she also likes to sing the song of her people and is very dramatic.) Crystal took my dog's attitude and was able to work with her to get her whole groom done. My girl has never looked (or smelled) this good! I'm so thankful for her professionalism and kindness with my sassy little girl!“
