“Had used DeHaan previously on a different home and decided to give them a try again. I was converting from a 120 gallon electric water heater to a Navien PE-240A2 - 199,000 BTU Indoor / Outdoor Advanced High Efficiency Condensing Tankless Water Heater and control panel.

There were 3 workers who arrived exactly when they said they would be there. Were polite and listened to what I was attempting to do as far as aesthetics. They began right away. There were a few areas that I asked for them to correct as I am a stickler for detail and they did not hesitate to fix it the way I wanted it so long as it met code. Install took about 6.5-7 hours to do, but everything worked great on first run. No leaks, and adjusted control panel, tested water temp and worked great. They cleaned up everything and hauled away my old tank.

Once again, would highly recommend DeHaan and Abe. They installed this at an extremely affordable rate compared to others.
