“Our furnace went out on a Saturday and we received prompt courteous service. After diagnosing our furnace had failed and needed to be replaced Dan (service technician)made several phone calls to have our furnace replaced on Monday. After arranging replacement of the furnace Dan was able make the furnace “ usable” for the remainder of the weekend.Every phase of the process from initial phone call for to replacement of the furnace was handled promptly and in a professional manner. I called Preferred Plumbing and explained the problem. One of their plumbers, Jamie, arrived five minutes later. Jamie was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He fixed the problem in no time at all and was on his way to his next job. No more worries about exhaust fumes!
