“These people rock. I went in for a part i thought i needed when my furnace quit before a major snow system. Good thing i did, i showed them a video of my furnaces misbehavior and it turns out my issue was much smaller and easier to fix. They talked me through what i needed to do to test the issue and even provided a little piece of wire to work with. They were right. Instead of an inducer motor i needed a pressure switch! I was able to put the new part on myself and we made it through the storm with heat. You have to 5 star people that helpful, they 100% earned a stellar review.“
