I’m extremely happy with my new furnace and AC. This company exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They took the time to walk me through the entire process, which I really appreciated since I had no prior knowledge and felt pretty lost at first. Every step was explained clearly and in detail, and their work was outstanding.
This was a full installation project—including ductwork, electrical, a new furnace, AC unit, and gas lines—so I expected it to take quite a while. Instead, they completed everything quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. I was especially impressed by how thorough they were in making sure everything was done correctly and safely.

Highly recommend Rick for all things furnace and A/C. He maintained my dad's oil burning furnace at his cottage on Schnauble Lake for years. He's installed our replacement furnance a couple years ago. He just finished replacement of our home A/C. He's efficient and his service costs are very affordable.
Josh and his team did a wonderful job painting the interior of our home. There was even an issue that came up which was outside of their control and they resolved the issue quickly and with great customer service.

Even though my job is small in comparison to their large customers they treated me with respect and were very professional. I have gone to her for years for my issues and when I moved to Traverse City, no one else could achieve the same level of medical massage I needed for my hip and back. I woke up to the ringing of a smoke alarm and a fire caused by a sump pump in my basement today. The Richland police and Fire Department responded to my 911 call quickly and put out the fire. So did the good people at Laws Electric. Within a few hours they had an electrician at my house to restore power to my furnace and house. They literally saved me from the aggravation and expense of finding a place to stay for the night. They’ve earned my business in the future if I need electrical work. Five stars!

I called in for a quote on air duct cleaning, this was the 3rd place I had called. I worked as Senior Recruiter for Thornton and Grooms and have hired at least 50 Customer Service Reps and Keith by far is the best I have encountered. Oliver came to our family as a surrender because we had his sister. The breeder was hoping we could rehab him die to aggression. We brought him here 3 days after getting him and he ended up needing emergency surgery as him scrotum was the size of a tennis ball. The doc here said there was something more than sudden onset of aggression and decided to do emergency surgery where they found severe infection. He has been neutered and treated. He is a different dog and there is no aggression at all. So happy this vet took my concerns seriously and acted swiftly.

We had Frank as our preparer. We've had different people in the 10 plus yrs we've been going there. We've never had any problems, everything was done correctly. Every question we had we received an answer that we understood. We'd highly recommend these people. There rates are reasonable too.

We have taken our dog here for years and the new Veterinarian was able to quickly diagnose his issues and remedies suggested worked. The staff really care deeply about the pets ? and the people that visit. Our dog is now in his final stages and they have been nothing short of compassionate. We could choose to bring in a vet to our home to assist with his final day but we know our dog loves our vet family and will be loved and calmed when he lets us know it's time.
