Brittnee did awesome with our 4 year old Great Dane. It was his first time getting groomed and she made him feel comfortable in a new environment. And, he left smelling so clean! We will definitely be back!
I have been at OMPT for the last 3/4 months since my knee surgery. The facility is so clean! Every staff member is AMAZING! Jesse and Kelly, worked with my insurance to get the best out of my recovery and back to some what normal. Jukka and the other PT staff inculding Kim and Brad helped me work hard and learn what I need to do to keep up on getting back to my 100%, unfortunately with still having a tare in knee I will not be 100%, but I am 100% from when I entered OMPT. They treat you like family. I have been so pleased with the professionalism and caring staff that I brought my son to OMPT after his knee injury in football. I can not thank OMPT enough for be the BEST!

Professional and patient for daughters getting ears pierced. Cleaned/sanitized everything and did a good job explaining everything to them, including aftercare.
This company was easy to work with from start to finish.Matt was very professional and polite. He listened and asked questions to provide cost effective recommendations for our siding project.Laura communicated well throughout the whole process. She was available every step of the way.Austin, Cliff, and Ivan were amazing! They did such a beautiful job. Cliff explained things very well. All three were polite and patient (as I added more requests to the job). This team worked really well together.Another person worth mentioning is Seth. The company that hauled the dumpster away left a significant amount of rubbish in my driveway. Seth was quick to return to my home and make sure my driveway was clean.When getting quotes, this company was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. A few years ago I took my cat in to the Schoolcraft location. I was met with respect and compassion, as it should be. In addition to that expectation every person involved went above and beyond to put me at ease. My elderly mom was with me. She was so impressed and comforted by how we and my cat were treated she said "oh, honey when I go, I want them to take care of me". I told , of course. I am so glad we took my little kitty there so that my mom could feel at ease with her care and treatment when she died. We rarely think about our physical remains when we contemplate our death as we go through life. But as we age it becomes a reality that must face. We spend years thinking about our health in an effort to prolong our lives but little time on our end of life. I'm glad my mom thought ahead and was able to make that decision and guide me on her wishes. When you think about your body, your dead body, and what will happen to it is terrifying. All the years you have spent telling people what they can and can not do with your live body are still valid. Where will I go? How will I get there? Who will be with me? Who can touch me and provide the most intimate, most personal, last physical care of me?I was so grateful that Tim Secord and his staff were there for my mom. They went above and beyond for me and Mom. She took her last breath in a hospital bed. The hospital usually takes the decedent to the hospital morge and the funeral home will pick them up from there. I absolutely broke down, thinking about someone else moving mom and her lying in a cold cell all alone. The hospital called the funeral home for me and they came right away, in the middle of the night and took my mom to their home. Just as they would if she died at home. They cared for her as I would have, if I could. There have so many other little things that did to help me, I can't say enough about Tim Secord and his compassion and his patience. Grieving people must be very hard to deal with.Thank you, and all of you staff, deeply and from the bottom of my heart.Laura

We booked a private session for our party of 9 (including a 3 year old and a 10 year old). The price was very reasonable and she seemed very flexible about times. I had difficulty reaching the owner via the websites online form, but was able to reach them via phone, text, and regular email.The location of the studio is very nice. It's near a cute river. Great location for a picnic or similar before or after yoga.The studio itself has usual, calm yoga vibes.The instructor was very positive, warm and accommodating. I appreciated that she was very willing to continue instruction with a 3 year old running around. She also instructed us on interesting partner poses. I think she'd teach a very cool one-off class for Valentine's day or something off the like.Thankfully, the studio was not heated for "hot yoga". It was a normal temperature.Communication and scheduling was easy.All in all, 10/10.

My family lost everything we had to a fire. I walked in not completely sure of what I wanted to do with my hair. It was damaged, had so much breakage, I hadn't had it cut in over a year and I was beyond nervous because of past experiences at salons. Liz welcomed me and did a short consultation of what I was looking for. She walked me through the process while she was cutting my hair and even gave me a mirror to help me feel more at ease with what she was doing in the back. I walked out feeling brand new and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be going back and asking for er every time.

I have a horrible needle phobia, so blood work is very high anxiety for me. I have to say Alexis T in Pipp's lab, she was calm and cool, laid me down as I fainted prior, suggested I put my headphones on, and before I knew it she poked, got a vein on the first try, and pulled 7 vials in no time. I called with a minor issue this morning and spoke to Craig. He sent someone out within an hour and 20 minutes later my problem was taken care of. I will definitely call them again for any electrical work.
