Little did we know we'd get the most professional and personable mechanic we've ever worked with. Jacob was quick and accurate with his diagnosis. He explained everything he was doing, what he was expecting from a test result, what the result showed, and what we had to do to get things back in working order. Jacob did a fantastic job breaking down the cost and detailing the different payment options we had. 10/10 would love to have him over again! Preferably for maintenance and not an emergency fix.“
