We recently discovered that the exhaust vent pipe from our water heater had become disconnected. The installer put in a pipe that was too short. I called Preferred Plumbing and explained the problem. One of their plumbers, Jamie, arrived five minutes later. Jamie was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He fixed the problem in no time at all and was on his way to his next job. No more worries about exhaust fumes! A big thank you goes out to Preferred Plumbing for their quick response time and quality work!

We called Preferred after our furnace went out. They sent a tech. to us very quickly. He diagnosed our problem within minutes, took measurements, made a few notes, and scheduled an appointment to get our new furnace installed ASAP. The install went smoothly just as advertised. They made sure our new furnace is sized more appropriately for our house than the old one was, so we burn less fuel and our house is noticeably more comfortable than before. Our price was very fair. Thanks to everyone involved with our install. We will definitely recommend Preferred to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Had a good experience with Preferred hooking my home up to city sewer. Great communication, guys were professional. I didn't have to mess with any permits, Matt did all of that. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
