We made a phone appointment the day before. The woman was very receptive to my daughter's wants. She was very polite. My daughter was glowing when we left! I think her name was Ashley.

The girls here are very nice and professional I tried making an appointment online and it was easier to just walk in. I went on my 15 min break from work and was still able to make it back to my work with time to spare. It was a hot summers day and I got a free cold rinse after my cut which felt amazing.
