I have never had any issues or complaints with or about Bedrock. The guys and or ladies (Clarkston) have always been kind and helpful. We usually Haul our own purchases. for the past few years I’ve had deliveries from the Ortonville store, They give you a heads up when they’re heading your way and they dump whatever they have for you wherever you want it.
Best experience I've ever had with a delivery driver and dispatcher. When I called in, the dispatch lady and driver really helped me out yesterday, and came through in a big way on short notice.
Russ the driver was awesome to work with. He had a really positive attitude, was highly skilled operating his machinery, and went above and beyond to help out. He provided great advice when I asked him for a few suggestions on the best way to use the material he was delivering, and he was willing and able to deliver in a way that saved us hours of time. Bedrock is lucky to have him as an employee.

I have always had good experiences with deliveries, and their products and prices have always been acceptable. My only complaint is the customer service offered by one particular male employee who works the front desk occasionally. I wish I had his name, but he’s always been extremely disrespectful the few times I’ve had to converse with him. The one time, he asked what kind of truck I had when I ordered a half yard of fill sand, and when I told him I had a Nissan Frontier, he just laughed out loud in my face without any elaboration.
