“I highly recommend BluePearl for your emergency pet services. It was our first experience needing an Emergency Doctor to address our Pomeranian Bubo's sudden onset of seizures. Since it was Thanksgiving day her Primary care Veterinarian was unavailable, so my husband and I took her to BluePearl Pet Hospital in AH. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by a very clean, hygenic environment. Once greeted, and they understood the urgency, the Vet tech, immediately took her from my arms and carried Bubo into a room to get her vitals, assessment and bloodwork. Awaiting her results in the front lobby, we were offered a coffee beverage, and noticed anyone coming in afterwards received expedient service, which made us glad we were in a facility that cared. All the staff was friendly and patient as they answered questions and listened to our concerns. finally, we were escorted to room 7, where Dr. Christopher Kuechle, DVM, the attending Doctor thoroughly explained Bubo's condition, his observations, and results of Bubo's bloodwork. He was also very sympathetic, and kindly explained our options. So grateful, once we made our decision, they provided us with bubo's medication, and paperwork, they also offered to email our Veterinarian all the stats, which we appreciated. Although, Bubo passed the next day, from further complications, we were grateful to BluePearl for buying us a little more time with our precious Pom, and giving our family closure together at Bubo's primary Vet Clinic. Bubo passed with a smile on her face, knowing she was loved. Thank-you so much for all your assistance in helping us through a difficult time.
