May 2026: I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Presidio Pest Management today. From the very first call, the experience was exceptional. Co-owner Bill was prompt in getting back to me, extremely accommodating with my schedule, and gave a clear, detailed explanation of the best treatment plan for our situation (we only deal with occasional pests). They came out today and treated both the perimeter and interior of our house for spiders and beetles, and they also took care of a wasp nest for me while they were here. The technician, Zack, was excellent and he was also very patient and kind to my overly-friendly dog. Zack explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what to expect going forward. His thoroughness and friendly demeanor made the whole process very reassuring. The pricing was very reasonable and fair — honestly one of the best values I’ve found.
