My first time having to use an exterminator and it was a pleasant experience considering the circumstance. Kane was wonderful and explained everything and resolved our problem. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!
This place is stellar. From the owner returning my call on a Sunday, to the patience and thoroughness of Kane, who was our technician, nothing but a positive experience. Everyone was very accommodating and transparent. The issue I thought we had wasn’t what was happening, and Kane was honest about it and never tried to upsell us on something we didn’t need. He provided advice and answered all our questions. Very reasonable pricing. Looking forward to having them out in the spring for mosquito and spider spraying. Five stars! Use these guys, not the big chains!
Our Service Specialist for Presidio Pest Management was Kane Hughes. Kane did a very thorough and amazing job with our flea infestation problem. After the first visit - and 8 days later - I did not notice any fleas at that point, but asked Kane to come out a second time to be sure the flea eggs will be dead (to make me feel better, too). We highly recommend Kane! He is kind, professional, and great at his job. We would definitely call on this pest control again if needed.
