1146 S Washington Ave, Lansing“People’s Yoga is an exceptional yoga studio. It’s inclusive, has a diverse selection of classes and events to choose from, and the owner and instructors are all really wonderful humans! Although I love practicing yoga at a variety of studios, this is my go-to studio in the Lansing area due to the ambiance, the instructors, the price, and the timing of classes I’m interested in the most. Another bonus, is the instructors here care very much about teaching yoga with safety in mind. ?????“

107 E César E. Chávez Ave, Lansing“Each time I visit any other studio (nothing particularly wrong with any other local studio), I regret it. I’ve taken dozens of classes here and this is still the only studio where I’ve not injured myself during a practice due to the staff’s knowledge. All instructors have a naturally healing presence and lead their classes with an obvious sense of intuition. The studio itself is beautiful and there are natural elements incorporated everywhere. I’m so happy/grateful hilltop exists! ❤️“

2450 Delhi Commerce Dr Suite #1B, Holt“This yoga studio is such a gem. I’ve been to classes with Ellen and Polina, both are great instructors. I especially love the Reconnect class. Ellen makes yoga so accessible and achievable no matter if you’re brand new or experienced. I leave her classes feeling like I can do anything. Highly recommend!“

924 Trowbridge Rd, East Lansing“My husband, Adam, and I go here weekly. We love it. Very nice individuals and great yoga teachers- will never go anywhere else for hot yoga except here. This studio has impacted my life in more positive ways than I can even describe. Very clean as well. 5/5!“
9:30AM - 10PM
515 E Grand River Ave, East Lansing“I started my yoga journey during COVID, alone via online videos. I needed a safe space to practice once the pandemic ended. My friend suggested I join her at Yoga State. I was amazed by the beauty of the East Lansing Studio. Every detail gave a sense of peace and calm. (the Okemos studio is the same-check out the floors in both studios-amazing) The instructors are so welcoming and I appreciate when they stop and correct my form. I am always pleased when they say something in a class that I had never thought of to make the form better. There are people of all ages and abilities in the classes but you can choose a type of class you like better (hot, slow, fast, BUTI or even paddleboard in the summer on the lake!!!) The classes can be challenging or relaxing and even fun. I feel a real sense of community here. Try a couple of different classes and instructors to get your feel. After every class, I leave more grounded, calm, energized and feeling good about myself.“

“Absolutely AMAZING! My 5 year old started taking classes a few weeks ago to help with his emotional regulation and aggression and the instructors are amazing especially Antonio! The general manager, Mackenzie, is also amazing and jumped in to help my son when he started to get frustrated since he’s never done anything like this before. JJ is super nice and personable and has created an amazing environment!“
