“Im a newer homeowner and have made the many mistakes we do when we live on our own. My trailer was no exception to frozen pipes the past few days. Everywhere I called either didn't answer nor never called me back. I called the top 10 plumbers to fix what I thought was a broken PEX line. I thought I was going to have frozen lines again after defrosting them then I got a call, from Rob within an hour and he saved my day. He asked me if I could see the leak, and basically told me he couldn't make it out there but it should be a super easy fix. I've done HVAC and Framing so I had the confidence after he told me to cut out and sharkbite the break. I got under there and found out it was just the pressure relief for the hot water tank. No leaks. Let some pressure out and ran the hot water only in a few spots and the water stopped trickling. Saved me so much money and from taking another day off work! These guys rock! They just did the plumbing in my parents house after their house fire. Rob deserves a raise!“
