My landlord of 11yrs, and I, needed an inspection. My house is 102 yrs old, with original 110ft of sewer lines. And an even older large oak tree. Every section was growing roots ! And we needed help, I was totally panicking, about how much it was about to cost my landlord. The best in the business. Mike installed the faucet, the new garbage disposal, the plumbing under the sink and all the way down to the basement floor. It was a clog that made me call him. Its fixed permanently now. Besides the professional end, he's just a good human being. I have more work yet to get done but I'm not calling anyone else. No estimates.
