I CONTACTED MODERN SEWER ON DEC 12 ABOUT REPLACING MY OLD PEDASTAL SUMP PUMP WITH A SUBMERSIBLE SUMP PUMP HE (WAYNE) WAS OUT EARLY ON DEC 15 REPLACED THE SUMP PUMP AND CHECK VALVE TOOK ABOUT 1/2 HOUR ACCORDING TO MY WIFE (I WASN'T HOME) HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFFESSIONAL THERE WAS NO MESS IN THE BASEMENT AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Wayne comes out quickly in an emergency, and gets the job done. He has a lot of opinions, and expresses them freely. An extra price I pay willingly for the prompt and excellent service.

If you have drain issues, do not hesitate to call Modern Sewer. I had water pouring in my basement for a couple of days and a friend recommended Wayne at Modern Sewer. I called and explained my dilemma and he was at my home by noon. He’s been in the business a very long time and knows his stuff. He was able to determine I had a tree root problem. He cleared out my drain and recommended the maintenance routine I need to follow. I will be calling him in the spring for a follow up and I will be spreading his name everywhere, with a smile.
