We have been struggling with a backed up drain for a few months, and although my husband is no expert, he tried to unclog it himself, which worked in the past, but this time nothing worked and the problem got worse and worse. He finally called Roy one day, and he was over at our house in Lexington within a few minutes and fixed the problem all within the 1 hour lunch break that my husband was on. Roy is a true professional and so experienced. He started working as a plumber at a young age and is really amazing at his job! We really appreciate that he explained what he was doing and taught my husband a thing or two if this problem happened again. He also gave us a 6 month warranty. We absolutely love the high quality of service that Roy provided, and his pricing is very reasonable! There is no one else we would go to at this point!“
