Called Custom Plumbing first thing in the morning with a sewer line blockage. Spoke with Matt who was awesome. Knew I had a bit of an emergency, so he rearranged his entire schedule to get someone out to my place within the hour. Shannon showed up and did an excellent job. We had Custom Plumbing couple our house to the sewers when our street received the sewers system. They did a fantastic job from the plumbing to the floor repair. Now we are having them remove the bathtub and install a walk in shower. I highly recommend Matt and staff.

Prompt service, polite on the phone, able to address my plumbing need in quick fashion. I followed up with an offer for more business (installing a water softener) after my initial positive interaction, but they turned me down. I guess they don't do water softeners.
