Rickie has been to my home twice for 2 different plumbing problems. Its nice to see a familiar face! As usual he listened to my problem, checked it out and repairs done. And put the stuff back under the sink. I trust him and Vincent's is always my first call for plumbing problems.
Austin did a great job today! He listened to my comment that the dampers were not working in the basement, and he indeed found one of the dampers was 100% closed, preventing air flow to two floors of our house.
