Dr Spencer is a gifted/talented Neurosurgeon. He cares about his patients and has high standards for himself and practice. He takes the time to teach his patients what is going on with their spine and healthy solutions. He takes time to answer questions. I first had surgery by him- while he served in the Army at Brooke Army Medical Center as Chief of Neurosurgery.
Eighteen years later- I have been struggling with nerves being impinged upon in my neck and lower back and couldn’t find a neurosurgeon that had kept up with new innovative solutions. It was so painful to sit or stand that I retired early. Then I googled his name and called his office and set up a phone appointment. So far, he has operated on my cervical spine and I no longer have pain in that area. I will return and get my sacral-iliac joint fused very soon.
It was worth the travel expense and his staff was informed, kind and very helpful. Not everyone has degenerative disc disease or other problems that cause nerve pain like myself, but if you do I highly recommend Dr. Timothy Spencer!

Bonnie is amazing! She explained what she was doing and why. She listened to what I wanted and talked to me about what the end result would be before she started, made sure we were on the same page the entire time. The conversation was easy, not forced or any awkward silence. I was looking at some products, she was honest in telling me that I didn't need one of the products.
I really enjoy going to have Kelly do my hair. I like the atmosphere there very welcoming. Kelly is a great beautician and a friend. She treats me great. As I do her.

I came here for a walk in haircut. The wait was only ten minutes and price was definitely fair! Hollie was spectacular! She was so easy to talk to and did an amazing job on my hair! I will 100% be coming back for round 2. Recommended to anyone looking for a high quality job with great pricing

I had Jasmine and she gave me an acrylic fill and design. I previously went to another nail salon that did a horrible job and she explained things to me and fixed my nails up for no extra cost. The nails turned out beautiful and she was super kind and talkative the whole time. I will definetly be returning for another appointment with jasmine!!

I decided to get another opinion so I went to Paige for a consultation. She assured me she could fix it, and she did just that! She was so sweet and patient with me. This man met me with grace, patience, love, empathy, understanding and created and atmosphere that showered me with everything I needed in that moment.
His work was beautiful. Flawless.
My experience was RAW and he gave me permission to let it all go at the chair and he knew without words what I needed in that moment. Not only was I there for a tattoo, he met my soul and carried it with gentleness through the process.

I've had to use a plumber in town several times, unfortunately (old house). Patterson is always my first call. They also installed my tankless water heater a few years back. I've had nothing but fantastic customer service and experiences with them. I'd highly recommend (and do often) to anyone in need of plumbing services nearby.

Jason from the Mt Pleasant team is the man!! I called later in the day with an emergency knowing it was towards the end of normal service time for most plumbers, worried about getting service ASAP or at all. That was no problem for the rooter team and more specifically Jason to handle! Just want to say thank you for the expert service that we received, Mr rooter will always be my first call!
Called at 7:30 in the morning they had someone out within a couple of hours to fix leak in my water heater. The worker was very nice and respectful. I felt the price was reasonable and fair. Everything was fixed in a short amount of time. Will use them again in the future if needed.

Assmann's seems to be the best flooring store in Mt. Pleasant. Their staff is super friendly and accommodating, and they have the best selection of flooring in town. We are looking forward to working with them on our home and boat remodel projects!
I called Chelsea Flooring to see if I could purchase the same wood flooring the previous owner installed. They suggested I call Mt Pleasant flooring to see what they would charge. I got a great deal from them installed by their guys. Plus they accomplished the install in 6 hours what would have taken me 4 days. The old flooring is inside the doors and they transitioned it to the new flooring seamlessly.

Greenwald did our roof about 8 years ago and the staff did a great job with install, clean up and we were very happy with the results. Recently, storm damage occurred to a few of our cap shingles and they sent a person out within a few days. It's repaired and we are once again impressed and pleased with this company. You cannot go wrong hiring a company that is always there for you long after the initial job is over!!

I had recently chipped a tooth and someone who works with people, my smile is often the first thing someone sees. They fit me in quick! Fixed the issue that day! First time going to her and all I got the say is ..... Jessica is a magician at making pain disappear!! I do like her way of having fill out a diagram of where your pain is located and goes from there. The essential oil combo she created for me was on point and the ambience was very comfortable and serene. Jessica is very friendly and professional. I will be making another scheduled appointment with her in the near future.
I've been here a few times, everyone running the front desk are all polite and helpful. When you walk in you're politely greeted, the aroma of essential oils fills the air, and smells amazing and calming. Your Massage Therapist greets you and takes you back to the room where a heated table and soft music await you. After a short conversation about what areas need the most attention, it's time for the massage. This last time I had a Massage Therapist named Patrick, first time in a long time that I've had a male Therapist and he was GREAT! Patrick was very professional, I never once felt uncomfortable, he would ask many times if the applied pressure was comfortable, if the table was too hot and to let him know if any place hurt too much. Afterwards I met up with Patrick in the waiting room, he asked how I thought it went, let me know to drink plenty of water then off to the front desk. The atmosphere is very Zen like, all the Therapists I've had have been amazing!
