These guys were right on time, easy to work with and were very knowledgeable. The two gentlemen that installed were great to work with. We have pets and they were especially kind to them as well. They offered great insight and did an astounding job. Definitely recommend!

After years of research, in 2015 we purchased our carpet from Carpet One in Mt. pleasant, MI.ProTip: carpet one is one of the few outfits that maintains a showroom AND employs a team of expert installers. So, in the unlikely event you encounter an issue, you are dealing with one company.The team of five (5) installers arrived on time and ready to go. We had moved 1/2 of the furniture to a neighbor’s garage to give them room to maneuver.Watching the installers work was like watching an NBA game. Within 30 minutes, the remaining furniture was moved to one room. 60 minutes later, all the old carpet in the dumpster. In comes the new carpet. By the end of the 2nd day, the...read full review
