I had a sweet experience with Stephanie Friday and would recommend her to anyone. She was sweet, personable, and did exactly what I asked. It was my first visit and I will definitely return.

Was in Saturday morning and I got a young red haired girl that should not be cutting hair. I spent over an hour on something that normally takes 10- 15 minutes for the other girls. My hair cut is so bad I am going to wear a hat until I can talk to a manager and get it taken care of. (would've that day but I didn't have another hour to kill) Uneven sides, no blend, very very disappointed I've been a customer since 2004 and this is by far the worst cut I've ever had.Updated: Called on monday and Liz was able to get me in that day and had Tabby fix my head. I recently went in for a balyage, my hair was green at the ends before i went in and she was able to fix it and turn it into a beautiful dark to blonde fade! She did everything right and was very helpful and nice! Definitely recommend!
