We had an exceptional experience working with Greenwald and BC as the contractor for our home renovation on Beaver Island. From start to finish, the quality of work, communication, and professionalism exceeded our expectations.

The team resided our home with James Hardie siding, replaced all of the windows with new Andersen windows, and built a new aluminum deck and outdoor shower. We were especially grateful for their help navigating issues with the quality of the Andersen windows—something that was outside their control. We had Greenwald do some repair work on our home and have been very pleased with the outcome! The work was done quickly, professionally, and in a quality manner. The management team was responsive to questions and flexible in meeting our needs. We would absolutely use them for future projects that might arise and would recommend them highly!

Greenwald construction recently completed my master bath remodel and I couldn’t be happier. They are very organized. Everyone involved met the first day to discuss the project. The tear out was completed in less than a day and the cleanup was immaculate. The tile job was perfection. The installation of the cabinet and plumbing was perfect. The paint job was the best I’ve ever had and beautiful. I love,love,love my new bathroom. Colin is the best!
