I bugged her multiple times and she got back with me right away. During the quote she went on the roof, brought back pictures even made me aware of some issues with my chimney. The crew came out to put the roof on, covered everything. When I got home roof looked beautiful . The clean up was amazing couldn't even tell they had been there.
