“My wife called about five different companies to repair a broken chimney cap and replace some worn/cracked mortar. This company is literally the only one that communicated effectively and showed up to give us an estimate when they said they would. They emailed us a quote within 24 hours and had the job done within a week. Chimney looks much better and I’m sure Santa will appreciate it and leave us some extra coal in our stockings this year. There are some really unprofessional/scammy businesses out there doing this kind of work and this is not one of them. They are a great team. Thanks.“

“Steve was recommended by a close friend of mine whose mother hired SJH a few years ago for a new roof. From start to finish the job was 5 Stars. The materials were delivered on time. The crew showed up when he said they would and Steve THE OWNER was on site every minute of the job. The cleanup was impeccable and must say I was blown away how they really took the time to cleanup as they went. The roof looks PERFECT. I will say I am an above board picky customer and told Steve to the point of adnauseam how particular I am about cleanup and debris on the lawn and landscaping. I was basically nervous about the whole process and everything about the cleanup. Well let me say it was PERFECT. Not a single nail or piece of debris left behind. They raked the lawn, blew off the driveway, and made sure the roof was “instagram” ready as they pulled away. I would definitely recommend them for a roof anytime and would be happy to have any prospective future customer come see my job well done.Thanks again and it was a pleasure doing business with you.“

“Vic is wonderful, Vic's Word = Integrity. He worked closely with us on a leak another contractor claimed wasn't their fault. He came repeatedly to make sure it was fixed and we were happy. 10+After 4 years we finally required a complete new roof, we never hesitated we called Cornerstone! Best decision EVER! Vic, informed us that the previous roofer may have used shingles that there was a current class action suit. We filed that claim against the shingle manufacturer, we'll see about that possible positive result. Meanwhile, Cornerstone installed a new roof in one day and left our house with absolutely NO trace they were ever there. In fact, in the back it was cleaner then before they started, the fall leaves were gone with all roofing materials!!THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE FOR A NEW ROOF!!“

If you’re dealing with anyone else, it’s not Renaissance Roofing and you need to ensure you’re talking to Don.Renaissance Roofing just completed a top-notch job on my leaking roof which had been mis-installed by a different company under the house’s previous owner. I had gotten 4 total estimates for this job (roofing is important), and not only was Don’s competitive with the others, but he was the most knowledgeable on the unique layout of the house PLUS the use of best-in-class GAF shingles and materials. Everything was explained and outlined clearly, with great scheduling and customer service from Trish in the office. The day of the install, the guys all arrived right on time and took great care to protect my landscaping/driveway, plus did a thorough clean-up afterward so it looks like they weren’t even here. I’ve already received numerous compliments from neighbors and can tell the difference in roof and shingle quality just by looking. This could’ve cost me and my family thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair. The work that Paul’s team is ending up doing is going to cost me less than a few hundred dollars which is well worth it.“
