“Great roof! The entire organization is committed to excellent work. From the initial inspection and quote all options were explained in detail. Very fair prices. The construction crew was on time, experienced, friendly and pros at their jobs. Old roof tear off was quick and structural repairs were done correctly. Ice shield, underlayment and shingles were expertly applied. The finished roof is beautiful! Clean up was immaculate and very complete. Follow up on details was perfect. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

“We recently had to deal with a serious mold issue in our attic and assumed that we needed to replace our roof.

I called Brian
- He was working in the area and took time to inspect our roof.
- He inspected our roof and reported that our roof remained in good condition and did not need replacing (honest man) 
- There are some minor issues – we did hire him to make maintenance repairs. Rusting nails, loose shingles etc. His quote was extremely reasonable.
- I suggested that he come back annually to provide maintenance repairs. He said that would not be necessary and recommended an inspection in (3) years.

In good conscience, I recommend Brian.

“Professional and friendly. Jim could explain every aspect of the job in detail and Chris made sure the job rolled along while explaining the process.

The job was completed the same day and within the span of time originally promised. Eventual replacing of a roof is, obviously, one of the most costly upkeeps of owning a home. We read up on the type of roof we have - how important it is to have proper ventilation and the various methods. We looked at other homes in our area to evaluate our desires in shingle style and color, then made our decision from full-sized samples that Jim left with us. The finished job turned out to be exactly what we hoped and were promised.

The crew was tight. They moved items out of the work area and replaced when the job was finished. Their skill and obvious experience made the hard work flow smoothly with calculated progression. Cleanup afterward was thorough and appreciated.

“From a completely flooded lower level 3 weeks ago today, to a completely restored lower level, many thanks Bill Rouston, owner, Incore Restoration Group and his amazing team, for making sure that my home was ready for my family to move in for a holiday. My only stipulation was to have carpet and beds back in the house in three weeks time and they exceeded my expectations. Bill managed all of the disaster clean up, contact with insurance and adjuster, and each company needed to complete the job. It was hassle free for me, and extremely professional. Most importantly, it was not stressful, as he handled it all. It takes a village, and this village was EXCEPTIONAL.
