“We recently had to deal with a serious mold issue in our attic and assumed that we needed to replace our roof.

I called Brian
- He was working in the area and took time to inspect our roof.
- He inspected our roof and reported that our roof remained in good condition and did not need replacing (honest man) 
- There are some minor issues – we did hire him to make maintenance repairs. Rusting nails, loose shingles etc. His quote was extremely reasonable.
- I suggested that he come back annually to provide maintenance repairs. He said that would not be necessary and recommended an inspection in (3) years.

In good conscience, I recommend Brian.

“From a completely flooded lower level 3 weeks ago today, to a completely restored lower level, many thanks Bill Rouston, owner, Incore Restoration Group and his amazing team, for making sure that my home was ready for my family to move in for a holiday. My only stipulation was to have carpet and beds back in the house in three weeks time and they exceeded my expectations.
