His workers then showed up and began the process. Every time they entered the house they removed their shoes. They were both extremely cordial and polite to both me and my wife. When the job was completed and done to Bruce’s specifications. If you need your attic insulated I would highly recommend Bruce and his workers to do your job.“

“My wife called about five different companies to repair a broken chimney cap and replace some worn/cracked mortar. This company is literally the only one that communicated effectively and showed up to give us an estimate when they said they would. They emailed us a quote within 24 hours and had the job done within a week. Chimney looks much better and I’m sure Santa will appreciate it and leave us some extra coal in our stockings this year. There are some really unprofessional/scammy businesses out there doing this kind of work and this is not one of them. They are a great team. Thanks.“

“Great service! I needed a small soffit and siding repair and called for a quote. Mark came over and examined the work and noted that the soffit gap might mean animals made their way into my attic. He offered to go into my attic and poke around to see if there was any evidence - definitely did not expect him to go above and beyond like that, but was deeply grateful (and luckily no animals were found ?). As a new home owner he also gave me a little overview of what would need fixing, the names of various parts etc. As someone who is actively learning, I appreciated the extra intel. After providing a reasonable quote, Mark had someone come out quickly. The gentlemen was on time, did the repair well and quickly. Will definitely use them again the future!“

If you’re dealing with anyone else, it’s not Renaissance Roofing and you need to ensure you’re talking to Don.Renaissance Roofing just completed a top-notch job on my leaking roof which had been mis-installed by a different company under the house’s previous owner. I had gotten 4 total estimates for this job (roofing is important), and not only was Don’s competitive with the others, but he was the most knowledgeable on the unique layout of the house PLUS the use of best-in-class GAF shingles and materials. Everything was explained and outlined clearly, with great scheduling and customer service from Trish in the office. The day of the install, the guys all arrived right on time and took great care to protect my landscaping/driveway, plus did a thorough clean-up afterward so it looks like they weren’t even here. I’ve already received numerous compliments from neighbors and can tell the difference in roof and shingle quality just by looking.
