“We picked Pachota after doing some online homework of local contractors. Their reviews had been exceptional and from our entire experience, they turned out to be well justified. We went to their office/showroom to talk and look things over for a total kitchen remodel that had to be done. We were impressed with the family vibe, offerings and ideas they had. They never blinked at some of the ideas we brought and considered unique, but they easily put it in the plan. This was going to be a forever kitchen and we wanted quality materials and workmanship. On a project this size, it needs to be done right the first time. They delivered.
The jobsite was always left clean during construction. Sub-contractors that worked with them were just as conscientious of their work on the job and the property. Jobs like this seldom keep on schedule and this was no exception. The custom cabinet supplier we picked experienced several shipping damages of their cabinets and had to be replaced. The custom oak flooring had to be sourced from another supplier at the last minute. These kinds of problems can add 5 or more weeks for each occurrence. But in each case, Pachota made sure we were getting things right and as ordered. We couldn't be happier with our finished kitchen. From the 3 or 4 pages of sketches we brought in at the beginning, Pachota and crew made it a reality.
