My computer was wigging out, windows opening and closing and I couldn't get it fixed myself. I called and talked with Jill thinking I would be setting up an appointment, but she spent thirty minutes with me patiently explaining what to do and my computer works great again. She was so helpful and she didn't even charge me anything. I really haven't heard of any business that would be that helpful and not charge you for it. Would definitely go there if needed.
Amber was fantastic, very friendly, easy to talk to, and knew what she was doing! She is very honest and wants what’s best for your hair. I could tell when she had me come in to check my hair to see if it was healthy, that she was very experienced and knew what she was doing! I had my Fiancé get his hair cut done by Tasha and she did an amazing job! Exactly what we were looking for. Tasha was also very nice and is really good at her job. Amber and Tasha definitely know their stuff and they both exceeded our expectations.

First time at Mirror and I liked it. Walked in early in am and got an appt that day for 4. Showed up at 4 and a different girl cut the hair. It was no nonsense and she cut it nice how I wanted it from a picture I brought in. And she was speedy

Nikki did my nails and a one hour facial which was better than some massage therapists have done. It was more extensive. Her advice on color choices for my shellac manicure was so helpful. I received compliments on the way I looked and the lasted.
First off not being from the area
(Wisconsin) guy working in the area for sum time and needing a hair cut I found Bryan’s barber shop. Let me say I never had a more warm hilarious experience in my life ! Bryan is a hoot! He should be on a comedy tour to be honest . And his side kick Michelle was as funny. It’s was filled with great conversations along with a few loose tongues..lol I could have sat that there all day just for the conversation s and laughter .. honestly he cut my hair to perfection..on top of that the chargers were only $15.00 wow! It should of been worth $40 just because of the conversations and laughter.. I would travel over 2 hrs from Wisconsin just to have my hair cut by Bryan! That’s the truth it’s so worth it.. thank you Bryan for the awesome haircut along with becoming friends!! We discovered Nicholas Insurance through my husband's employment at a local school district. It is reassuring to speak to a live agent whenever we have a question, none of that chat screen. I recently went into their office to ask if I could pay my semi annual vehicle premium instead of waiting for the quarterly invoice. Staff were so helpful and pleasant! I am not sure how long we have been customers of Nicholas Insurance, probably close to 15-20 years, with no issues. The company with the little green critter might be pennies cheaper but no where close to top notch customer service like the Nicholas Agency!!!

Our furnace went out in single digit weather in the early morning hours on a Saturday. Aire Care was closed for regular business but when I called the emergency line at 8am someone answered right away. The guy sold us the parts we needed and met us not only once that day, but twice when we needed more parts, and he gave them to us with no money down and offered to mail us an invoice for the cost of the parts. Our furnace is back up and running and our house is warm again!
I had a great experience, this is the first time I cut my hair here, asked for a haircut that didn't turn out like I imagined (my hair is curly and has a mind of its own) and they were so nice to have me back in to get it like I wanted.

If you like to get your eyebrows waxed, rave is the way to go! I am particular about how my brows look, and every stylist at rave has nailed it so far. A special shoutout to Jannelle for being so patient and kind with me.
