Heather is a phenomenal provider - so lucky to have been able to be seen by her. She completely reversed my terrible first experience with Express Care, so much so it was worth noting. Thank you, Heather!
I've always been reasonably satisfied with walking in for flu shots etc., but there is certainly nothing "express" about their COVID testing operation. I was just there today, and the car ahead of me was pulling up to the testing point as I arrived. The paperwork went immediately, but that car sat there for 40 minutes waiting for the testing person. Then the test swabbing took 30 seconds at most. What, does it take 5 minutes for paperwork, and 35 minutes to screw a cap on a test tube? The time previous I was there, I there were 3 cars ahead of me, and I waited well over an hour.
