We discovered Nicholas Insurance through my husband's employment at a local school district. It is reassuring to speak to a live agent whenever we have a question, none of that chat screen. I recently went into their office to ask if I could pay my semi annual vehicle premium instead of waiting for the quarterly invoice. Staff were so helpful and pleasant! I am not sure how long we have been customers of Nicholas Insurance, probably close to 15-20 years, with no issues. The company with the little green critter might be pennies cheaper but no where close to top notch customer service like the Nicholas Agency!!!
