I had a great experience at Shopko Optical! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service and quality eye care.
Carly was wonderful to work with, a joyful and helpful spirit even when I had my two babies along. Got me an appointment in under 24 hours, exam moved smoothly, and I got a year supply of contacts, new glasses, and paid my visit co-pay for under $400 altogether. Very impressed with their service and will definitely continue to go for the coming years!
Have to thanks the crew. I accidentally rolled over onto my glasses that were on the couch next to me. A quick fix got them working again (popped out one lense) being on vacation it was great to have someone take care of an outsiders problem. Thanks again, Gary
