I had a wonderful experience! I was able to get an appointment quickly through telehealth. The doctor offsite and the staff onsite were all very professional and responsive. Noel and Carly were super helpful with my contacts and glasses. Thank you so much!
I had an appointment with telehealth, but I had Aaron taking the tests to send in. He made the process super comfortable and explained everything. He also checked his work to make sure he sent the best pictures and videos into telehealth which ultimately made my first visit in 3 years a success!
I am extremely pleased with this new place. Although I do have one awkwardness about it.
First, Noel and Carly are Extremely Awesome Ppl to work with. Noel is very knowledgeable very courteous very kind.
Carly is very professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that everything is in and out. As I am not one for banter or conversation, she is awesome.
My 1 awkwardness about the optical place is how we speak to the doctor. It is done by live link and it feels awkward.
But everything from enter the exit took less than an hour. Noel gave me the great deal on the glasses. Carly helped facilitate. I highly recommend this place.
