“Doron came out today to install windows, he got right into it and did a fantastic job, even trimmed in one of my other windows that I needed help with. Very kind and respectful.
Did a beautiful job. I'm very happy with his service and I would use him again for sure!
Thank you Doron!!”
ATLANTIC COAST BASEMENT WATERPROOFING INC.
“We had water in our basement in areas previously patched with an injection material, in addition to previously untreated areas. We considered several companies before hiring Gary, the company owner, and his crew at Atlantic Coast Waterproofing. The resolution option we chose involved a sub-floor drainage system, pressure relief, and water redirection tying into an existing sump pump and a new one. Their Facebook page is a valuable asset in understanding the process and Gary took the time to explain it all at the initial meeting. The unconditional lifetime guarantee, rather than a limited time conditional warranty (or one we had to pay for yearly) is completely unmatched by the competition. It gives us peace of mind as we intend to finish our basement in the future. When Gary and his son Leo came out to give us a quote, it was obvious he and his crew were knowledgeable and took pride in their work, and we didn’t need to look further. Gary made a point to be on the jobsite daily and consistently took the time to explain the process in an understandable way, with transparent and concise daily progress updates. My wife was receiving the report most days due to our schedules and Gary/his team communicated with respect and understandable language. I never worried about them cutting corners, even with our unforeseen complications, and they delivered a high quality result all while honoring the original quote. I appreciated the tailoring of the job along the way and our customized piping to combat a problem with iron algae due to my location. I was thrilled with the crew, who were respectful of my home, yard, my wife, and dog. They were always on time (arriving or leaving) and they exceeded my expectations when it came to maintaining the jobsite so it was as clean as possible everyday, which made a naturally disruptive reno feel much less intrusive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this local company with generational talent for your waterproofing needs! 100% worth the investment.”
