Had a great experience working with Jeff at Construction Unlimited. Very easy to work with from the time we bought our lot, designed our retirement home and construction. We never doubted his commitment to having our best interest as his goal. Jeff was very flexible during construction and kept us up to date with progress and what to expect next. The quality of our home and the finishes were exactly what we expected. Highly recommend.

Mark and Jeff have access to some of the best builders in the industry. Overall very happy with our build. They were hands down the most transparent builders (got 7 different quotes) with costs and different ways to approach the project. Mark was very involved and took a very personal approach. We had a few hold-ups as expected on a building of our caliber (10,000+ sq ft commercial auto shop with multiple stories and an office). Mark was willing to let me do some of the work that I wanted to in order to save some money (grew up in excavating, so did all the site prep, grading and underground piping etc).
