We considered several companies before hiring Gary, the company owner, and his crew at Atlantic Coast Waterproofing. The resolution option we chose involved a sub-floor drainage system, pressure relief, and water redirection tying into an existing sump pump and a new one. Their Facebook page is a valuable asset in understanding the process and Gary took the time to explain it all at the initial meeting. The unconditional lifetime guarantee, rather than a limited time conditional warranty (or one we had to pay for yearly) is completely unmatched by the competition. It gives us peace of mind as we intend to finish our basement in the future. When Gary and his son Leo came out to give us a quote, it was obvious he and his crew were knowledgeable and took pride in their work, and we didn’t need to look further. Gary made a point to be on the jobsite daily and consistently took the time to explain the process in an understandable way, with transparent and concise daily progress updates. My wife was receiving the report most days due to our schedules and Gary/his team communicated with respect and understandable language. I never worried about them cutting corners, even with our unforeseen complications, and they delivered a high quality result all while honoring the original quote. I appreciated the tailoring of the job along the way and our customized piping to combat a problem with iron algae due to my location. We had to add ducting from a new hood and high-end appliances. Michael from Iversons jumped in with us and was both helpful and detail oriented to help us. He came out 3 times and designed the entire new kitchen. He built a utilities area behind the cabinets to allow for retrofitting the kitchen for water, drain, electrical, etc... He helped us every step of the way and our kitchen came out fantastic. He is both experienced and customer oriented. I highly recommend working with him and buying your kitchen cabinets and countertop from Iversons. The pricing was completely fair and competitive.“
