“After waking up at 4:30 in the morning to a broken pipe and a flooded kitchen, I cannot say enough about the response and the quality of service I received from SERV PRO Grosse Pointe! Mentor was here at my home at 5 AM with vacuums, mops, and huge fans to get the drying out process started. Sadly, the water damage was so much that it resulted in a complete gut job and remodel of my kitchen. Patrick and his team came in and meticulously packed up
everything in my cabinets, including all of my crystal. They had amazing organizational skills, marking each shelf and each box so that it could be put back into place properly.
